Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite executives, delivering strategic roadmaps and implementation plans
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and financial modeling to identify growth opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive presentations to drive consensus on organizational change
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for 3-5 concurrent client engagements
- Mentor junior consultants while developing thought leadership through industry research and whitepapers
- Collaborate with practice leads to refine service offerings and capture new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience with Big 4 or top-tier strategy firms
- Proven track record leading complex transformation projects in finance or technology sectors
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) from a top-tier institution
- Expertise in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and market research methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Professional certification (PMP, CFA, or Six Sigma) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and exceed revenue targets
