Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-level clients, developing and executing strategic roadmaps
- Analyze complex business operations using advanced data modeling and financial forecasting
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive presentations to drive consensus
- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining project profitability and quality standards
- Identify new revenue opportunities and contribute to thought leadership through industry reports
- Implement change management frameworks to ensure sustainable transformation
Qualifications
- 7+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or related field; MBA strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in operational transformation and strategic planning
- Exceptional financial modeling and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau)
