Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite clients across financial services, retail, and technology sectors
- Develop data-driven strategic recommendations and implementable roadmaps for operational transformation
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to drive change adoption
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and client relationships while ensuring profitability targets
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to thought leadership through white papers and industry events
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field from a top-tier institution
- 5+ years of management consulting experience with a Big 4 or strategy consultancy
- Proven track record of leading complex transformation projects in regulated industries
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Python, Tableau) and financial modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to executive audiences
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Professional certification (PMP, CFA, or Six Sigma) preferred
