Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end consulting engagements, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis, identify key challenges, and formulate actionable strategic recommendations.
- Develop and present compelling, data-driven proposals and solutions to senior client stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions to gather insights and build consensus.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and contributing to team development.
- Drive change management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new strategies and processes within client organizations.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for continued partnership.
- Contribute to thought leadership and internal knowledge development initiatives within Elite Solutions Group.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting from a top-tier firm, or an equivalent role in corporate strategy/internal consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and delivering measurable results.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Superior communication (written and verbal) and presentation abilities, with experience engaging C-level executives.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for client engagements (typically up to 50%).
