Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite clients across technology, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Develop data-driven strategic roadmaps using advanced analytics and market research methodologies
- Facilitate executive workshops and change management initiatives with Fortune 500 stakeholders
- Present findings to executive boards and investor committees through compelling visual narratives
- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining client relationships and revenue targets
- Drive thought leadership through industry publications and conference speaking engagements
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
- Advanced degree from Ivy League or equivalent institution with GPA >3.7
- Expertise in at least two industries: digital transformation, M&A integration, or operational excellence
- Proven track record of leading engagements with budgets exceeding $5M
- Exceptional proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Valid PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency highly valued
