Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements through full project lifecycle from discovery to implementation
- Develop data-driven strategic recommendations using advanced analytics frameworks
- Facilitate C-level workshops and executive presentations on transformation initiatives
- Mentor junior consultants and drive continuous improvement in deliverables
- Build and maintain executive relationships with Fortune 500 clients
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development
- Monitor industry trends to ensure cutting-edge advisory approaches
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (MBB preferred)
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record leading complex transformation projects ($5M+ budgets)
- Expertise in at least two core competencies: digital transformation, operational excellence, or M&A
- CFA, PMP, or similar advanced certification highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Ability to travel 70% of time domestically and internationally
