- Manage cross-functional teams of 5-7 consultants and specialists
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with compelling visual narratives
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure sustainable adoption of recommendations
Qualifications
- 7+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of leading complex transformation projects
- Expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, and operational diagnostics
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive gravitas
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
