Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite clients across financial services and healthcare sectors
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps that optimize operational efficiency and drive revenue growth
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to transform complex challenges into actionable solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to deliver data-driven insights and predictive modeling
- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining accountability for project deliverables and client satisfaction
- Present findings to executive boards using compelling visual storytelling and KPI dashboards
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms (MBB, Big 4, or equivalent)
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or quantitative discipline from a top-tier institution
- Proven track record leading $5M+ strategic transformation projects for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, and operational optimization frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to C-suite executives
- Professional certifications (PMP, CFA, or Six Sigma Black Belt) strongly preferred
