Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, from diagnostic analysis to implementation of strategic initiatives
- Develop actionable business recommendations using quantitative modeling and qualitative research
- Facilitate C-suite stakeholder workshops to align organizational objectives with market opportunities
- Manage cross-functional teams of analysts and specialists to deliver high-impact solutions
- Drive digital transformation projects including process automation and technology integration
- Present findings to executive boards with compelling data visualizations and ROI projections
- Build long-term client relationships through continuous value delivery and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 7+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, etc.)
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or equivalent) from a globally recognized institution
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-million dollar transformation programs
- Expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, and change management frameworks
- Exceptional financial modeling and data analytics capabilities (SQL, Python, Tableau)
- Strong leadership experience managing teams of 5+ professionals across complex projects
- Industry specialization in finance, healthcare, or technology preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence in client-facing settings
