Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements including problem diagnosis, solution design, and implementation support
- Develop strategic roadmaps and operational frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining client relationship ownership
- Drive innovation in consulting methodologies and digital transformation approaches
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for complex engagements
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) from a leading institution
- Proven track record of leading $1M+ client engagements
- Expertise in at least two industry verticals (Finance, Healthcare, Tech, or Retail)
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or Power BI
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Professional certification (PMP, CFA, or Six Sigma preferred)
