Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements across finance, healthcare, and technology sectors
- Design and implement scalable operational frameworks for C-suite executives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align organizational vision with actionable roadmaps

- Mentor junior consultants while managing project deliverables and P&L responsibilities

Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Expertise in Six Sigma, Change Management, and Process Reengineering
- Strong financial modeling and data visualization skills (SQL, Tableau)
