- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining client relationship ownership
- Develop executive-level presentations and deliverables that influence decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
Qualifications
- 7+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (MBB or equivalent)
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) from a globally recognized institution
- Expertise in at least two core consulting domains: strategy, operations, or digital transformation
- Proven track record of leading complex projects with $5M+ budgets
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
