Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from scoping through implementation
- Develop data-driven strategic recommendations using advanced analytics frameworks
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder communications across all levels
- Build and manage high-performing project teams with clear deliverables
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in client operations and customer experience
- Mentor junior consultants through structured coaching and knowledge transfer
- Contribute to thought leadership through white papers and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 7+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy at top-tier firms
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- Proven expertise in at least two core consulting domains (e.g., M&A, Supply Chain, Digital)
- Exceptional financial modeling and data visualization skills (SQL, Python, Tableau)
- Credibility engaging with C-suite executives across diverse industries
- Track record of leading complex projects with £5M+ budgets
- Strong problem-solving abilities with structured analytical thinking
- Fluency in English; additional European languages highly valued
