Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-level executives, diagnosing organizational challenges and implementing strategic solutions
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on digital transformation, operational efficiency, and growth strategies
- Develop actionable business cases with ROI modeling and implementation roadmaps
- Mentor junior consultants while managing project deliverables and stakeholder communications
- Conduct primary research and data analysis to support strategic recommendations
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between client teams and internal experts
Qualifications
- 7+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms (MBB, Big 4, or equivalent)
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or Master's) in Business, Economics, or related field
- Proven expertise in transformation initiatives (digital, operational, or organizational change)
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with quantitative/qualitative research skills
- Executive presence with demonstrated success presenting to C-suite audiences
- Industry specialization in finance, healthcare, or technology preferred
- Professional certification (PMP, Six Sigma, or similar) strongly preferred
