Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of consulting projects, from initial discovery to final delivery and implementation.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth competitive landscape analysis and macro-environmental research to identify growth opportunities.
- Operational Optimization: Design and implement organizational restructuring plans to enhance efficiency and reduce overhead costs.

Qualifications
