Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from diagnostic phase to implementation
- Design and deliver strategic roadmaps for operational excellence and digital transformation
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Analyze complex business challenges using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Develop compelling presentations and executive reports for C-suite audiences
- Mentor junior consultants and drive knowledge management initiatives
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to client relationship expansion
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (MBB or equivalent)
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or relevant Master's) from an accredited institution
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in at least two core areas: Strategy, Operations, or Digital Transformation
- Exceptional financial modeling and data analysis skills (SQL, Python preferred)
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM) highly valued
