Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-level clients across finance, healthcare, and technology sectors
- Design and execute diagnostic frameworks to identify operational inefficiencies and growth opportunities
- Develop data-driven strategic recommendations with ROI-focused implementation roadmaps
- Mentor junior consultants while managing project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications
- Present findings to executive boards through compelling visual narratives and executive dashboards
- Drive thought leadership through white papers and industry conference speaking engagements
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (MBB or Big4)
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or quantitative field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record leading complex transformation projects with $5M+ budgets
- Expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, and organizational design frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to C-suite audiences
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Valid US work authorization and willingness to travel 40-50%
