Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from discovery through implementation, ensuring strategic alignment with client business objectives
- Develop data-driven solutions using advanced analytics frameworks to optimize operational efficiency and revenue growth
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder communications to drive consensus on transformation initiatives
- Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and market entry strategies
- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining accountability for P&L management of client engagements
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience with Big 4 or top-tier strategy firms
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) from a globally recognized institution
- Proven expertise in change management, process optimization, and digital transformation
- Exceptional financial modeling and data analysis capabilities with proficiency in SQL/Python
- Strong executive presence with demonstrated success presenting to C-suite audiences
- Certification in Six Sigma, PMP, or relevant management methodology preferred
- Track record of managing engagements with $500K+ budgets and complex stakeholder ecosystems
