Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite executives in financial services
- Develop data-driven strategic recommendations using advanced analytics frameworks
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive presentations
- Mentor 3-5 junior consultants through project delivery cycles
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in legacy enterprise systems
- Manage P&L for client engagements with $500K+ budgets
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for new service offerings
Qualifications
- 8+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy roles
- MBA or advanced degree in business, economics, or quantitative field
- Proven expertise in process optimization and change management
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and financial modeling
- Strong track record in financial services or healthcare verticals
- Exceptional presentation and executive communication skills
- Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies
- Certification in Six Sigma, PMP, or similar preferred
