Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements across financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors
- Develop strategic roadmaps for digital transformation and operational optimization
- Present executive insights to C-suite stakeholders and Board members
- Manage cross-functional teams of 5-7 consultants across multiple geographies
- Design and implement KPI frameworks measuring ROI and client impact
- Mentor junior consultants through structured development programs
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for strategic positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering from a top-tier institution
- 7+ years of management consulting experience with Big 4 or MNC advisory firms
- Proven track record of leading £5M+ client engagements
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Professional certification (PMP, CFA, or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred)
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple time zones
