- Develop data-driven strategic frameworks using advanced analytics and market research methodologies
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions across global teams
- Present actionable recommendations to boards of directors through compelling executive narratives
- Manage cross-functional project teams and mentor junior consultants
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and operational excellence programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain)
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PhD) from a globally recognized institution
- Expertise in strategic planning, organizational design, and change management
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects with $5M+ budgets
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level board experience
- Professional certifications (PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt) preferred
