Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite clients across finance, healthcare, and tech sectors
- Develop actionable strategic roadmaps through quantitative analysis and market research
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Present findings to boards with compelling data visualizations and clear recommendations
- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining project profitability and client satisfaction
- Drive digital transformation initiatives using agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms (MBB, Big 4)
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or quantitative field
- Proven track record of leading $1M+ client projects
- Expertise in process optimization, market entry strategy, and change management
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level delivery experience
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred
