Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements including stakeholder alignment, diagnostic analysis, and solution implementation
- Develop strategic roadmaps and operational frameworks for C-level executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Facilitate executive workshops and change management initiatives across global organizations
- Quantify business impact through KPI modeling and ROI analysis for client deliverables
- Mentor junior consultants while managing project timelines and resource allocation
- Present findings to executive boards and secure buy-in for transformational projects
Qualifications
- 7+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Proven track record delivering $5M+ strategic projects in financial services or healthcare
- Expertise in process optimization, digital transformation, and organizational design
- Exceptional data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Active PMP or CSM certification preferred
