Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-level clients across finance, healthcare, and technology sectors
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps to optimize operational efficiency and revenue growth
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive presentations to drive consensus on complex initiatives
- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining accountability for project deliverables and client satisfaction
- Develop proprietary frameworks and methodologies to enhance service offerings and market differentiation
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years of management consulting experience with Big 4 or top-tier strategy firms
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) from a globally recognized institution
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams on multi-million dollar transformation projects
- Expertise in at least two core areas: digital transformation, M&A integration, or organizational redesign
- Exceptional data modeling and financial analysis skills with advanced Excel and visualization tools
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders across cultural boundaries
- Professional certification (PMP, CFA, or similar) preferred
