Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements across C-suite and board levels
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps for digital transformation and operational optimization
- Conduct rigorous market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform client decisions
- Mentor junior consultants while managing project deliverables and stakeholder expectations
- Develop proprietary frameworks that drive measurable ROI for clients
- Present findings to executive audiences through compelling visual storytelling
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive value delivery
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (MBB, Big 4, or equivalent)
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) from a globally recognized institution
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams in high-stakes projects
- Expertise in at least two industry verticals (e.g., Tech, Healthcare, Financial Services)
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong P&L management experience and budget oversight for $5M+ engagements
- Certifications in Six Sigma, PMP, or Agile methodologies preferred
