Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements across finance, operations, and technology sectors
- Develop actionable strategic roadmaps through quantitative analysis and qualitative insights
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Present findings to C-level clients with compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior consultants and drive knowledge management initiatives
- Drive client relationship expansion through exceptional delivery
- Conduct market research and competitive landscape analysis
Qualifications
- 7+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) from a premier institution
- Expertise in at least two of: operational transformation, digital strategy, or M&A integration
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with $5M+ budgets
- Exceptional proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau)
- Strong executive presence and persuasive communication skills
- Relevant industry certifications (PMP, CFA) preferred
