You'll lead end-to-end engagements from problem framing to implementation, while mentoring junior consultants and building client relationships that shape industry futures.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex business transformation projects for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Develop strategic roadmaps using quantitative analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to drive consensus
- Mentor junior consultants through structured frameworks and performance coaching
- Present findings to executive audiences through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Manage project delivery timelines, resource allocation, and client expectations
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to thought leadership content
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc.)
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or equivalent) from a globally recognized institution
- Proven track record of leading $5M+ transformation projects in target industries
- Expertise in strategic frameworks (SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, Value Chain Analysis)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to C-suite audiences
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Ability to travel 40-50% domestically and internationally
- Relevant certifications (PMP, CFA, or Six Sigma) preferred
