Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Design and implement data-driven strategic initiatives delivering $10M+ impact
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Develop proprietary frameworks for market entry, operational efficiency, and M&A integration
- Mentor junior consultants while managing project P&L and resource allocation
- Present findings to executive boards and publish industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years in management consulting with top-tier firm (MBB, Big 4) or equivalent corporate strategy experience
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or equivalent) from Tier 1 institution
- Proven track record leading multi-million dollar transformation projects
- Expertise in at least one industry vertical: Financial Services, Healthcare, or Technology
- Exceptional financial modeling, market analysis, and presentation skills
- Deep familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation tools
- Validated ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex organizations
