Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from diagnosis through implementation of strategic initiatives
- Develop innovative frameworks using advanced analytics to solve complex business challenges
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Manage cross-functional teams of analysts, engineers, and industry specialists
- Cultivate long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities

Qualifications
- 7+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, etc.)
- Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or equivalent) from a globally recognized institution
- Expertise in at least one industry vertical: financial services, healthcare, or technology
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar client engagements and P&L
- Exceptional proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Outstanding presentation skills with executive presence
