Responsibilities

- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining project deliverables and quality standards
- Develop proprietary frameworks for client-specific challenges in change management
- Drive post-implementation ROI analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, or equivalent)
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or quantitative field from Ivy League or equivalent
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams of 10+ consultants
- Expertise in digital transformation, M&A integration, or organizational design
- Certification in Six Sigma, PMP, or change management methodologies
- Exceptional financial modeling and market analysis capabilities
- Fluency in at least one foreign language for international client engagements
