Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements including diagnostic analysis, solution design, and implementation support
- Develop actionable strategic recommendations for C-suite executives in finance, healthcare, and technology sectors
- Manage cross-functional teams of 5-8 consultants while maintaining client relationships and project timelines
- Facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder presentations with Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Mentor junior consultants through structured feedback sessions and skill development programs
- Contribute to thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conference presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field from top-tier institution
- 5+ years of management consulting experience at Big 4 or strategy boutique
- Proven track record leading complex transformation projects across multiple industries
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence in client-facing settings
- Professional certification (PMP, CFA, or Six Sigma) preferred
- Fluency in English with additional European language skills highly desirable
- Experience with agile methodologies and digital transformation frameworks
