Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for Fortune 500 clients across financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors
- Develop actionable strategic recommendations through deep quantitative analysis and qualitative research
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive presentations
- Manage cross-functional teams of 5-7 consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and value delivery
- Drive innovation in consulting methodologies and contribute to thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 7+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, etc.)
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or PhD) from a globally recognized institution
- Proven track record of leading complex transformation projects in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, and operational improvement frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to C-suite executives
- Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated success in managing high-performing teams
- Professional certification (PMP, CFA, or Six Sigma Black Belt) preferred
