Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting projects including strategic planning, process optimization, and change management
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex business challenges using advanced analytical frameworks

- Mentor junior consultants while maintaining client relationships and expanding business opportunities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of management consulting experience with Big 4 or top-tier consulting firms
- Proven track record of delivering multimillion-dollar transformation projects for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, and organizational development methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (SQL, Python, Tableau) and financial modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Professional certifications (PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt) strongly preferred
