Responsibilities
- Lead complex client engagements across C-suite, defining strategic priorities and implementation roadmaps

- Mentor junior consultants while managing project deliverables and stakeholder expectations
- Develop proprietary methodologies that differentiate our consulting offerings
- Present insights to executive audiences through compelling data visualization and storytelling
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between client departments and our internal teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or related field from an Ivy League institution
- Proven track record of leading transformation projects in financial services or tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with expertise in statistical modeling and data visualization
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar designation
- Fluency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Experience managing P&L responsibilities for $1M+ engagements
