Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements from diagnostic to implementation phases
- Develop data-driven strategic recommendations for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage cross-functional teams of analysts and junior consultants
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Drive client relationship growth and identify new business opportunities
- Mentor junior consultants and facilitate knowledge-sharing workshops
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for strategic planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) from accredited institution
- Proven expertise in at least two industry verticals (tech/healthcare/finance)
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative modeling skills
- Experience with strategic frameworks (SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, etc.)
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication abilities
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Professional certifications (PMP, CFA, or Six Sigma) preferred
