Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end transformation strategies for C-suite executives
- Leverage data analytics to identify $1M+ operational inefficiencies
- Lead cross-functional teams across global client ecosystems
- Develop proprietary frameworks for digital adoption and change management
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive boards and investor panels
- Mentor junior consultants through structured growth programs
- Drive innovation through continuous process improvement methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in management consulting with Big 4 or top-tier strategy firms
- Advanced degree (MBA/MSc) from Tier 1 institution
- Proven track record of leading $5M+ transformation programs
- Expertise in at least two verticals: healthcare, financial services, or tech
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and advanced data visualization tools
- SPHR or PMP certification preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management across C-suite to operational levels
