Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite executives in finance, healthcare, and technology sectors
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps to optimize operational efficiency and revenue growth
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and executive presentations to drive data-driven decision making
- Manage cross-functional teams of 5-8 consultants across global project delivery
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform client solutions
- Mentor junior consultants through performance coaching and skills development programs
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience with top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, etc.)
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) from a Tier 1 institution
- Proven track record of delivering $5M+ strategic transformation projects
- Expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, and change management methodologies
- Certifications in PMP, Six Sigma Black Belt, or CFA preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Experience managing international teams and multicultural client relationships
