Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end consulting engagements for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and operational diagnostics
- Develop data-driven strategic roadmaps and implementation frameworks
- Present executive-level findings through compelling visualizations and stakeholder workshops
- Mentor junior consultants and manage project P&Ls with $500K+ budgets
- Drive digital transformation initiatives including AI integration and process automation
Qualifications
- Master's in Business Administration from a top-tier institution
- 5+ years of management consulting experience at Big 4 or MBB firms
- Expertise in at least one industry vertical: Financial Services, Healthcare, or Tech
- Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (Tableau, Python, SQL) and financial modeling
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
