- Manage cross-functional teams of 5-8 consultants, providing mentorship and ensuring project deliverables exceed client expectations
- Develop financial models, market analyses, and growth strategies that drive 15-30% revenue improvement
- Present insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive presentations
- Foster long-term client relationships while identifying new business opportunities worth $2M+
Qualifications
- 8+ years of management consulting experience at top-tier firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or equivalent industry leadership
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) from a globally recognized institution with a focus on strategy, operations, or finance
- Proven track record of leading complex engagements with measurable impact ($10M+ value realization)
- Expertise in digital transformation, M&A integration, or market entry strategy
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certifications in PMP, CFA, or Six Sigma strongly preferred
