Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for NLP and Computer Vision.
- Fine-tune large language models (e.g., GPT, Llama) to optimize performance for specific enterprise use cases.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput using MLOps best practices.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines for automated model training and deployment.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to drive product iteration.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs).
- Experience with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
