Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy robust machine learning models using Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define technical requirements and architecture for AI-driven features.
- Optimize model inference latency and resource efficiency for production environments.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and validation to measure model performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in the field and integrate novel techniques into our production pipeline.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, documentation, and version control within the AI engineering team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or a similar data science role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Deep experience with deep learning libraries and frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras).
- Proven track record of deploying models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
