Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and train advanced machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Build robust, scalable data pipelines to process massive datasets efficiently.
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments using MLOps best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
- Evaluate and optimize model performance, ensuring high accuracy, low latency, and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest academic research and integrate state-of-the-art techniques into our products.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to production in a highly scalable environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
