Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and AI algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and product managers, to build robust data pipelines.
- Optimize deep learning models for performance, latency, and scalability in production environments.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing, model evaluation, and fine-tuning to ensure high accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering, applied AI, or data science.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), or Computer Vision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
