Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Conduct research on novel algorithms and apply them to solve complex business problems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Deploy and maintain models in production environments using CI/CD and MLOps practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and NLP.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of MLOps, containerization, and cloud deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
