Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize scalable machine learning pipelines for production-grade models.
- Collaborate with research scientists to transition experimental models into highly efficient production environments.
- Improve latency and throughput of inference engines using distributed computing frameworks.
- Implement rigorous model validation and monitoring protocols to ensure long-term performance stability.
- Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices in MLOps and clean code architecture.
- Analyze massive datasets to extract actionable insights for model refinement.
- Contribute to the strategic technical roadmap for our core AI product suite.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ with deep expertise in PyTorch or TensorFlow frameworks.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) and GPU optimization techniques.
- Proven track record of deploying complex machine learning systems into large-scale production environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in an agile, collaborative setting.
