Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design and execution of high-impact R&D projects focused on bio-synthetic algorithms.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, biologists, and data scientists to prototype and validate novel solutions.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of research, from hypothesis formulation and experimental design to data analysis and final product deployment.
- Secure intellectual property rights by drafting and filing patents for proprietary technologies.
- Conduct rigorous peer reviews and present findings at international conferences and scientific symposiums.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research laboratories.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Bio-Engineering, Computational Biology, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a senior R&D role within the biotech, pharma, or AI sectors.
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research and leading successful product development cycles.
- Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and R, with deep experience in machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data analysis pipelines and statistical modeling techniques.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor junior researchers and manage complex projects.
