Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for predictive analytics
- Lead research initiatives in NLP and computer vision applications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models at scale
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior scientists and drive best practices
- Develop A/B testing frameworks for AI product optimization
- Stay current with emerging AI research through conferences and publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of production ML systems serving >1M users
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow)
- Publications at NeurIPS/ICML or equivalent conferences
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions
