Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade ML pipelines using TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Lead model optimization for real-time inference at scale
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define ML product roadmaps
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing frameworks
- Present technical findings to executive stakeholders and research communities
- Mentor junior engineers and drive ML best practices
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of applied ML experience in production environments
- Expertise in deep learning architectures (CNNs, Transformers, RNNs)
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong publication record at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent
- Proven track record of shipping ML products with measurable impact
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow)
