Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven features into our core platform.
- Optimize model training pipelines for throughput and efficiency using distributed computing frameworks.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance evaluation to ensure model accuracy and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in MLOps and software craftsmanship.
- Stay current with emerging trends in NLP and Computer Vision to drive product evolution.
- Contribute to internal research papers and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, natural language processing, or predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and statistical modeling.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade ML applications at scale.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
