Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance machine learning pipelines in Python and C++.

- Mentor junior engineers and lead architectural code reviews.
- Monitor model performance and implement automated drift detection systems.
- Contribute to the research roadmap for future LLM and diffusion model initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Expert-level proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed training techniques and model optimization (quantization, pruning).
- Proven track record of deploying ML models in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in an agile, cross-functional team.
